1. Processing & Handling Times
All orders require processing time before they are handed off to the shipping carrier.
Standard Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Cut-off Times: Orders placed after 2:00 PM JST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the following business day.
Delays: During high-volume periods (such as holidays or major sales), processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you via email if your order faces a significant delay.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer several shipping methods depending on your location and the size of your order. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Please Note:Delivery estimates are fixed from the date of shipment, not the date the order was placed.
3. Shipment Tracking
-Once your package leaves our facility, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
Tracking links typically update within 24 hours of shipment.
You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website DHL, FedEx, EMS Japan Post.
4. International Shipping, Customs & Duties
-We ship to select international destinations, including North America, Europe, Asia, the Philippines.
Import Taxes & Duties: JW Premium Collection is not responsible for any customs clearance fees, duties, or import taxes applied to your package by your destination country. All fees incurred during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Customs Delays: International shipments may occasionally be held at customs. Unfortunately, we have no control over these delays and cannot expedite the clearance process.
5. Shipping Restrictions
P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: We [do / do not] ship to P.O. Boxes or military bases.
Restricted Items: Certain items [e.g., liquids, lithium batteries, oversized goods] may have regional shipping restrictions or require specialized cargo handling.
6. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
-We take great care in packing your items, but accidents can happen during transit.
Damaged Items: If your items arrived damage, Please note that we are not responsible for the damages handled by the third party. so please understand before you buy. We take the utmost care in preparing your order, ensuring every item is securely packaged and arrives at your doorstep in perfect condition.
Lost Packages: If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local delivery office before reaching out to us.
